Important information
Source Code Ent. primarily provides digital products. Please review this policy before purchasing.
Digital Products
Source Code Ent. primarily provides digital products, including but not limited to:
Game Source Code
Game projects, source code, backends and server systems.
Minecraft Resources
Plugins, mods, server resources and configurations.
Backend Systems
APIs, backend systems, databases and related tools.
Premium Content
Premium repositories, downloads and exclusive resources.
Because these products can generally be accessed, downloaded, copied or used immediately after purchase, all sales are considered final unless a refund is specifically permitted under this policy or required by applicable law.
No Refunds After Digital Delivery
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, delivered through an account, added to a library, provided through a private repository, or otherwise made available to the customer, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
This applies even if the customer:
- Has not opened the files.
- Has not installed the product.
- Changes their mind.
- No longer wants the product.
- Purchased the wrong product.
- Does not know how to install or configure it.
- Stops using the product after purchase.
Product Compatibility
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is compatible with their environment.
- Operating system
- Game or Minecraft version
- Server software
- Required dependencies
- Programming language or runtime
- Hardware
- Hosting provider
- Database system
- API requirements
- Network configuration
A refund will generally not be issued because a product is incompatible with a customer's environment when the relevant requirements were disclosed before purchase.
Defective or Non-Functional Products
Source Code Ent. may provide a refund, replacement, repair, update or another appropriate solution if a purchased product is materially defective or substantially different from its advertised description.
Customers should provide:
- Order or transaction ID.
- Product name.
- Description of the problem.
- Relevant error messages.
- Logs or screenshots where applicable.
- Steps required to reproduce the issue.
Source Code Ent. may first attempt to fix the issue, provide an update, provide missing files, provide configuration instructions, or offer technical assistance.
“As-Is” Products
Products marked as AS-IS, UNMAINTAINED, ARCHIVED, LEGACY, EXPERIMENTAL or similar may contain bugs, outdated dependencies, compatibility limitations or incomplete systems.
Unless otherwise stated, purchases of clearly disclosed as-is, archived, experimental or legacy products are final and generally not eligible for refunds.
Subscription Refunds
Customers are responsible for cancelling recurring subscriptions before the next billing period if they no longer wish to continue using the service.
A refund may be considered for verified billing errors, duplicate billing or circumstances where Source Code Ent. determines that a refund is appropriate.
Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact Source Code Ent. immediately.
We may request information necessary to investigate the transaction and protect our platform.
Chargebacks
Customers are expected to contact Source Code Ent. before filing a chargeback for an authorized purchase.
If a customer initiates a chargeback after receiving or accessing a digital product without first attempting to resolve the issue, Source Code Ent. may provide relevant transaction and access information to the payment provider during the dispute process.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact Source Code Ent. Support as soon as possible.
Where the duplicate transaction can be verified, Source Code Ent. may refund the duplicate purchase, provided that the circumstances do not indicate abuse.
Accidental Purchases
Accidental purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or accessed. However, individual cases may be reviewed at Source Code Ent.'s discretion.
Product Updates
A product being updated after purchase does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Source Code Ent. does not guarantee permanent updates, compatibility with every future game or Minecraft version, continued compatibility with third-party APIs, a specific development schedule or lifetime technical support.
Product Removal or Discontinuation
Source Code Ent. reserves the right to modify, replace, archive or discontinue digital products.
Depending on the circumstances, Source Code Ent. may provide alternative products, replacement access or another appropriate solution.
Account Termination
If an account is suspended or terminated because of a violation of the Terms of Service, licensing conditions, fraud, abuse or prohibited activity, the customer is generally not entitled to a refund for products or premium access associated with the terminated account, subject to applicable law.
Redistribution & Unauthorized Sharing
Customers may not use a refund request as a method of obtaining a product and subsequently redistributing, re-uploading, reselling or sharing it.
- Redistributing purchased source code
- Re-uploading products
- Reselling products without authorization
- Sharing private download links
- Sharing premium repositories
- Publishing private source code
- Circumventing access restrictions
Refund Request Deadline
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
The 14-day period does not guarantee a refund. Eligibility remains subject to this Refund Policy and applicable law.

Partial Refunds
Source Code Ent. may offer a partial refund where appropriate, including when part of a digital service has already been successfully delivered or used.
Refunds Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
Where applicable law provides a mandatory right to cancel, withdraw, obtain a refund or receive another remedy, those rights continue to apply.
Abuse of the Refund System
Source Code Ent. may investigate patterns of refund abuse, including repeated refund requests, repeated chargebacks, downloading products before requesting refunds, sharing products and subsequently requesting refunds, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
Where permitted by law, Source Code Ent. may restrict future purchases or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Policy Changes
Source Code Ent. reserves the right to update this Refund Policy when necessary to reflect changes to our products, services, payment systems, applicable law or business practices.
